steam room no sauna no restaurant no bar lovely staff great location but rooms very musty and dark bathroom/

was totally dark when we arrived. wifi did not work.

didn t have a spa and ithete is no transportation to the spa near the area which was not walking

my kids were tired and we have no place to stay

the pool was pretty dirty. game room and pool bar were close due to covid.

360 degree view and the pool is large with comfortable temperature water and even a shallow kids section

no ac dirty water bed sheets had hair the smell was bad the carpet was nasty my booking said free breakfast

very good breakfast, pretty good choice of local mexican meals. also good choice of beverages.

when we arrived at the hotel, the gave me a room with two double beds, different price and breakfast was not

nice relaxing pool area and friendly staff.

o coffee i had to ask for it, and there was a small restaurant open for breakfast not for room

wifi was not in working order. no pressure in shower.

actual room was great, my daughter loved the bathtub , warm warm water was good , kitchen setup was

structure is old, its walls are too thick to let a hotspot in the gallery ensure a stong enough wifi in your

wish they let me know in advance that the pool gym and spa was closed

spa was closed for covid19, understandably. nothing else negative
