the spa was booked and due to covid the hot tub and sauna were closed

check-in and shared pool/spa facilities were a bit of a let down

the ice rink was closed, the restaurant we wanted to try was closed, the spa was closed which is what we came

there was ample parking and free

the indoor pool was clean and cool temperature refreshing

the have a decent pool, one coin operated laundry machine, and everything was very clean

the entire complex was clean (parking lot, lobby, elevator, hallway, guest room and breakfast area)

morning we were woke by kids running the halls

convenient to arcadia bluffs golf course

the wifi worked well and it was nice to have cable tv

the main room had a tv but no where to sit comfortably as it was kitchen and dining table

nice rooms, easy parking and several outdoor activities in the resort.

we had no issue with parking because we were there off season but it may be a problem in the summer

were renovating the pool and spa so those were not accessible during our visit

is an old historic hotel in a great location, the rooms and spa are updated however, the lobby & common areas

i was definitely a bit of a nuisance as i did not understand the spa in the room i rented, but the staff were

had a king suite with spa and a view of the bay for four nights

a smoker and we couldn't smoke from the patio, but that was just a minor inconvenience since the parking lot

did have a few kids running through the halls and knocking on the door at 3am

kids on 3rd floor woke us up each morning even with our noise machine, no sound barrier at all

parking lot was a little tight not horrible i drive a truck

view was fantastic , beach is so clean, kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing with the sand all day long

the spa bath was only big enough for one, but was nice anyway!

my room (quite spacious) was on the top floor (5th) that had an amazing view of the bay, balcony, spa tub,

is hardly a bad view in the whole place and the outdoor spa being open in april is amazing

pool area opens early which i think was the cause of some early morning noise that there would not

i loved my king bed and spa tub, the room was very nice and the staff was kind.

spa tub was deceiving i am six foot two inches tall and did not fit completely in the tub had to
