- biking or spa seemed to be virtually impossible and the staff didn t even try to sell it though it says it

- the mini golf place was affected by a fallen tree which looked like it s been there for a long time

ich is strange because the property is big and a pool could be built say, along with the mini golf or tennis

the wine selection by glasses in the restaurant is disappointing and the bar experience was bad

location next to city center spa is nice but the hamam smells awfully.

had to pay extra to use spa facilities and the gym was basic and quite tired.

spa facilities were limited and came at a significant additional cost.

is in a central location, just a short walk from the loire river, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby

wifi didn t quite reach our 3rd floor apartment

the wifi in my room as weak and

wifi was a pain to log on and you could only connect one device at a time.

loved being able to get to the spa area in the bathrobes that were on loan to us with a bag to carry our

spa 15 when you have paid 130 for a room

spa facility being refurbished which we didn t know.

for us - great service, lovely room overlooking the river, great location, free secure and easy parking, and

my husband was pleased to pay for underground parking

they do offer snacks at the hotel via room service which would be the other option

coffee and some pastries, and the lovely receptionist even gave me a swimsuit to use at the spa while we waited

truly magical rooms with a view of the castle, beautiful restaurant & spa facilities

and unfortunately the restaurant is closed on sunday, but we knew that before we arrived the spa fragrance as

arrived early, room ready and the pool and spa were excellent.
