location next to city center spa is nice but the hamam smells awfully.

breakfast service could have been a bit more organized, no cups; replenish when foods run out, but

there was an error in the reservation as it was for 2 people whereas we were 2 adults with our 2 kids

to the reception, but they looked at me strangly instead of apologizing somehow - inexperienced kids at the

very clean with a well-appointed bar and, lovely, helpful staff. secure storage for bicycles.

you will be staying in an annex that is more like a motor lodge and the secure parking is a fenced

quiet and restful, and the pool and spa were much appreciated

spa hotel with pub and restruant next door, good size room as we were on motorbikes and had to

very untidy (no big issue) but the spa and pool area had not been cleaned or glasses/bottles cleared away from

and unfortunately the restaurant is closed on sunday, but we knew that before we arrived the spa fragrance as

garish colors and supposedly this is a spa

spa center fully closed till may (no saunas, no jacuzzi, no pool), but on the booking it was listed

cocktails, food great from the bistro menu, amazing service, perfectly scrambled eggs for breakfast

we did eat breakfast which was quite nice but strange you pre ordered your coffee juice etc and they then brin

not something that can be prevented, but 100s of wasps at breakfast
