room service was great

clean and loved the pool and gym! rooms are nice and big

facility fee was also silly b/c we didn't use the gym or pool in our one night stay - just bake into the nightly

room service closed earlier than other places, not many late night snack options in lobby

breakfast was fantastic and my family really enjoyed the pool/spa area

listing said we would get a spa tub but when we checked in we where told the room code used behind the scenes

according to my reservation, i had a suite that had a spa tub inside the room

staff, clean room, quiet location, easy access to bus and freeway, guest laundry clean and operational, breakfast

my 1st room was dirty and had pet hair all over the place and 2nd room was dingy with a stinch

the room was very spacious and included a kitchen, which was lovely.

the breakfast selection was very limited. but, they did have hot coffee!!

i typically reserve a room which includes a spa tub

the suite has a great sized jacuzzi spa tub but the jets need maintenance

jacuzzi spa tub in our suite needed maintenance could use it but wasn't at its peak performance

room was a great size for our family and we made use of the kitchen facilities during our stay
