beautiful room, huge bathroom, very clean and amazing breakfast and very accommodating staff

choice for breakfast, location in shaldon with great views across the river to teignmouth

from arrival to departure the room was spacious & very comfortable in a scenic location the breakfast was

the restaurant & bar got unbearably hot a couple of nights as every window was closed and the heat full on

the spa facility and availability was limited. so it's worth booking in advance.

spa facilities was out of order and couldn't use it but they compasated us for the

spa facilities, able to use it till 9pm each evening
