staff was super sweet and the spa (not free) was amazing and great pricing

the only friendly people in the hotel were the people in the spa and service room

went to go in jacuzzi spa after dinner and staff closed it early 9:30pm only had 10 minutes in.

when we got to the room, i reviewed the costs of laundry and dry cleaning

i had a nice delicious steak at restaurant on roof top by the pool

never staying here again, it wasn t even 11pm yet and they declined room service

the 24-hour room service, and the sushi at the rooftop lounge is the icing on the cake

my rooms telephone wasn't working. i didn't like there is no spa nor hot tub in rooms.

i've used both the gym and the spa professional massage services and they are both very nice

the spa isn't open at the times advertised

all i would say is clean more throughly the spa tub i found a couple hairs m, other then that everything was

from the front desk, maid service to breakfast staff

pity the bar was so poorly stocked.... after all, i'm irish.

on site is safe, many things are within very close walking distance for shopping, restaurants and bars
