5 years ago i took my kids and they gad fun in the play room and pool but this time we were very upset that

hotel was spotless and smelled like a luxurious spa upon entry

many kids left to do whatever they wished by pool not much in walking distance from hotel

room service was always accurate and fast. front desk always answered any questions we had

great facilities, outdoor area pool and gym are great.

shuttle offered and also no anti-bacterial pumps near any common areas that guests are frequently

they do not have a kettle for hot water or a laundry service; they only have dry cleaning, which is also

lobby area is kept clean, but otherwise not (corridors, gym)

restaurant and bar was great and the patio and pool was very nice

the laundry room was insufficient - only one washer and one dryer for the whole facility, and they were

proximity to all i need. the pool. it has a gym, though minimal. uber drivers can find it.

miami beach and the airport - brand new building with excellent beds, facilities like gym, spa and swimming pool

i went to the spa and was surprised they didn't have a sauna or steam room.
