they goofed up on the king size bed with spa tub and gave us a regular room with a king size bed, they fixed

we checked in we were given a king suite room, even though we payed for a king suite with a spa bath

floor of the room was very dirty and the spa tub in my room did not work although they required an 100

then to find out they rented out all spa tubs even tho our reservation stated we were getting one

there was dog hair in the floor maybe keep pet rooms separate.
