swimming pool and spa were awesome

it was great to have a gym, pool, and spa right across from our room's building

breakfast was great. pool and hot tub awesome

the room service, which i believe runs wed to sun, was excellent

negative about the whole trip, the indoor pool has mold all over the wood especially when your in the pool and

upon walking in, it smelled like cigarettes in a non-smoking room

the service sucked and wifi wasn't working. they never answers the phone

lied to us the pictures looked nothing like the rooms, the pool was broken it was probably never even there and

on the page he says that they have breakfast included and it is not true

place had no wifi not happy at all

the king suite with the spa bath was very clean and a great size for the value

i booked the hotel on the site, it was for a room with a jacuzzi spa

was great they help me out in the time that i needed it i got an early check in i appreciate

limited parking

parking was a little congested but still somewhere to park.

complimentary h2o spa product line provided to us, which included a full line of shampoo/conditioner/bath gel

room was a complete disaster from the walls to the spa bath

parking close to the door.

the pool and the open space of the grounds are really nice

some stars in the open field behind the property and went swimming the next day in the indoor pool

immaculate accomodations, jacuzzi tub, spa towels & robes, gas fireplace, complimentary soda, coffee & water

very nice cabin in the woods. well furnished kitchen and very clean.

the spa waa extremely out dated

booked last minute to get my wife a spa treatment and called at 12:00 for an appointment, but they never called

we got massages at the spa and the ladies there were great

the tv was limited and wifi was very weak

thank you to outstanding customer service , even the lady who attends the pool area she was helpful and had

cherry house rm# 17 where i stayed offered no room service, broken toilet & the sink faucet did not close having

free parking

we loved the pond where we fished. the big pool, the area was quiet and very nice,

they say there's wifi, but not every building. our water went out for a few hours.

the spa staff were friendly and nice, just lackluster massages and they were expensive

pool, casino, spa restaurants all in one location

the spa services are the first amenity i always check out and theses prices were ridiculous

the spa was beautiful and the food and drinks were amazing
