great spa facilities

entering the spa for the pool we were told that there was only one other person there

i really enjoyed the swimming and spa pools and also the sauna

the spa as extra was a real delight - staff were really friendly and helpful and room was lovely,

bedroom was spacious, clean and cosy

only thing missing in the spa is a jacuzzi

spa was closed unavoidably

conditioning and spa were a life saver after a hot and long drive

the rooms are spacious and comfortable. lunch was lovely and the spa was fantastic

really liked the spa facilities; i liked that the pool stayed open until late because it wasn t busy at all

the gym, swimming pool and spa was very clean and one of the best hotels gyms we have seen

there is lot's of onsite parking available, there is a 4 charge for 24 hours parking

the wifi works well and is included in the room rate

we also could use spa and pool facilities which made our stay even better

free breakfast the next day might have been on the cards due to not being able to make use of the spa as booked

we paid for a very large room. and it was as described... very large...with a nice spa bath.

a family room where the kids have their own separate space adjoining the main room is always a real bonus, too

comfortable room bed had comfortable mattress and silky soft bedlinen delicious breakfast

great value for money the family suite was amazing and the side room for the kids was brilliant

evening meal was surperb (can be paid for when ordered or added to the bill and paid at checkout) late check

gorgeous setting, spectacular food and a lovely personal experience. spa was wonderful too.

we booked the room with a spa bath which was tastefully decorated, spacious and had plenty of special touches

i didn't really need the four poster and spa bathroom but it was all i could get at the time
