the pool & spa were murky

loved the spa tub

our spa suite was perfect, super clean and comfortable

breakfast was good. the room had plenty of space, love the spa tub & the fireplace.

at king room with spa bath for 267$ pictures on booking showed a jacuzzi tub in the room

our power had been out due to recent storms and with three kids we couldn t take another night of it

kids were woke up just not a comfortable situation at all

very nice except the pool seemed a little cloudy in the water, but it was not bad and dirty

bar was open, but the staff person on duty had no idea how to make a basic cocktail

could have done some sort of breakfast or had the pool or fitness room open a bit

i was supposed to have a spa tub, but did not

mind you i booked a spa room to enjoy the spa tub

when i later asked about a laundry room, the front desk did not seem to know what floor it was on

nice location. one of the better options for pet friendly in the area.

room carpet was worn and stained

to midday, a maintenance worker came to my door and said that my bathtub is leaking into the kitchen downstairs

there were free breakfast great options for picky kids

tub/ spa didn't work, pool was cloudy and cold, found old food in the refrigerator, 1 curtain in

pool, sauna, and spa not usable

smelled like pee and the floor was filthy and there was no hot water and the equipment in the gym was broken

parking was easy

the ladies at the spa were super friendly & informative & the coffee shop had amazing staff, as well
