pool area was freezing due to outside door being left propped open by staff

out in the hall by our room there was a tray of food that someone had ordered from room service that was sitting

i tried to take the free wifi, nothing happened

breakfast was delicious

for parking in there own garage, also there was some sort of conference with kids so the place was packed, i

the spa was not clean pool had to many bugs

desk person always out smoking, entire place smelled overly of air freshener, breakfast was terrible, bathroom

bed had no comforter no pillows bed wasn't made i had to switch rooms because the tv didn't work wifi didn't

had a good variety of hot and cold items, and the free airport shuttle every 30 minutes and free parking were

super clean, breakfast had great selection with healthy options. staff exceptionally friendly.

a good place to stay especially during the beginning of university when parents sending their kids to move in

loved the pool. my kids enjoyed swimming in this pool specifically. it s clean and comfortable

wished that the pool was warm enough to actually enjoy swimming in

for the money you pay here, you'll get somewhere with a mini bar and room service

also disappointed that the spa and library were closed due to covid
