casino is a plus with great food and entertainment

i was very disappointed when i found out it was a smoking casino

ordered room service food was chill but ok.

that because we had a discount room the view wasn t great, roof and parking lots mostly and robes were not in

the spa bath tub was so perfect

accommodating, treat us well, close to the snowfalls casino, has smoking in the rooms, no one else

i didn’t like that there was no breakfast or pool.

were in the area because i had to perform early in the morning at the casino for kisw live day, and we just

only way to find pool/spa is to ask front desk

clean facilities and helpful staff pool was comfortable!! not freezing like most!

on-site grill and bar, the staff was so welcoming and helpful, great little convenience store, laundry facilities

we planned to eat dinner but one waitress on for a full restaurant plus room service orders

my room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering every modern convenience i could

spa mix up, planned a surprise spa day for me and my mom who came to town

and there is so many activities we can do at the hotel: tennis, swimming, spa etc,

from the moment we pulled up, the service was amazing, we enjoyed great spa services, good food in one of the

food, service and amazing gym and spa facility

the daily breakfast vouchers were only $20 but still appreciated

it's close to downtown bellevue, has amazing amenities (pool, basketball court, full gym, tennis courts, etc,

room service menu needs afternoon or evening snack options.

brought us extra pillows, blankets, a fridge, a coffee maker, vacuumed when my kids spilled chips everywhere

maybe more snack options when the kitchen is closed.

the kids loved the pool. and the beds were super comfy.

stayed for our anniversary we were surprised there was no spa in the hotel

the swimming pool was just a lap pool and not good for the kids

no view, no house room service on sat, shower hot water very poor tulio restaurant and bar opens late for

restaurants/room service/spa are closed on some weekdays.
