hot tub spa in pool area permanently closed, but pictures of spa still up online while booking stay

pool was ice cold and had dead bugs and ceiling tile pieces in it.

the pool area was great for the size of the hotel. the breakfast was good.

the parking lot was not plowed and very icy

pool was already closed, at 8:30 pm but, it was supposed to be open until 9

the breakfast was terrible old donuts and bagels sausage was sitting raw in fridge.

breakfast was small but sufficent,bed was a little harder than used to but did sleep

the staff was friendly. there was a laundry room.

for a spa suite, got there and they weren t working

i only booked the room cuz i wanted the spa tub

breakfast (or lack there-of) continues to be a concern

we can never use the pool or the bar because we always get there late
