room not cln hot ac in lobby not working spa not working mgr lied about not charging upgrade from horrible

not like the company that rented the room for us we were supposed to have a spa room and this site doesn't even

booked a spa room with a spa tub but the reservation that was downloaded to the hotel was for a handicaped

reserved a room with a jacuzzi or spa tub

they gave us a handicap room with the spa and then we extra 10 dollars

i booked room with spa didnt get blamed it on booking

the pool was closed and it was hot, would've been nice to be able to swim.

ownership has completely renovated this hotel, and the updated rooms, bar, pool area are 10/10

you plan on utilizing any of the spa services, make sure to call in advance to make a reservation

spa and restaurant could be open but because of the pandemic it can t, so

with beverages has initiative to give us plastic bags to place the meals we were bringing to our kids

we enjoyed the hot tub, pool, & breakfast was as above

would have liked to see more activities for the kids like mini golf, indoor pool or a basketball court
