loved the view and the hot tub on the deck. loved that it was pet friendly and easy to clean.

the wifi did not work well either and on the whole very over

parking is easy and close to your door

last minute reservation that was available, kids had bunk beds, had a small kitchen

parking was easy and the property is private so felt safe during our entire trip

the rooms were clean and there was plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 kids, 6 and under)

bed was very inviting and comfortable,the omelets were good all food was great kids loved it

room service was quick and very easy to order online

lol, the waterpark and pool for all of my kids, there was a place where i could have a massage/spa day which i

spa was awesome, 18 oaks brunch was amazing. adult pool was nice.

when we made the booking, we were not told that we needed to make reservations for the spa 2 weeks in advance

it was great to have an ice machine near by and the laundry room on the same floor i was on

room was perfect and having breakfast there was a plus

they did not tell us the pool was closed or give any information regarding where ice was located or breakfast

also, pool area and outside trash was still overflowing from the night before at 9:30 the next morning
