rooms good and facilities such as spa and games room excellent

spa perfect for our needs too

we didn't have time to use the spa and restaurant facilities but it all looked exceptional and the reception

did water chute, paddle boats, water bubble thingies, peasholm park boats, luna park funfair, hispaniola boat,

the spa / pool closes early, 19:00 so we didn't get chance to use it.

the spacious rooms, incredible views, comfort, spa facilities and the beautiful historic building

the location was a short walk from the spa venue where i attended events

wifi in room was pretty good and strong, and plenty of tea/coffee/hot chocolate, etc provided with

bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked great

the free wifi was useful and no premium service offered

in room, big bathroom and decent shower, large bath towels, nice lighting, storage, earplugs, wifi

we just enjoy staying at the grand,we like the spa bath.

only grumble i could possible have is the spa didn t work in the baths but as i wasn t expecting it was not

the size of the bed space in room sea view spa food all excellent

the hotel was pet friendly too although you do need to let them know in advance if bringing your fury friend

there was also a constant horrible smell in the corridor outside our room from the laundry room

wifi did not connect in room at all

loved the spa bath and tv in the bathroom

so clean and spacious! really comfy bed, and the spa bath was lovely! will be returning

room with unique features, the spa bath was fantastic after a long day sightseeing, not too far to walk into

we had an evening meal in the bar and that was lovely too

in bar was grubby and sticky, glasses affected by poor dishwasher performance but altogether minor

the parking area is under trees and cars inevitably get covered in bird
