we put our names on a waiting list and we were called to buy another massage but not offered a spa visit

coffee and croissants gym was brilliant and the spa healing pool fantastic location and it didn t feel

price of the treatments in the spa were on the high side but it's worth every single cent

the spa was beyond my expectations

the spa was outstanding and the walk to the golden gate bridge was so simple

wifi didn't work for me and front desk not open between 10pm and 8am

front desk staff was very nice to let me early check in and keeping luggage after check out

great historic location with wonderful view of the bay. quaint. love the fireplace in the room.

was little to no cell service and the wifi connection was not strong enough in our room to do anything

the spa isn t a spa.

we didn t have time to stop by the spa but it looked very relaxing

they forgot to tell me about where the spa is and a bit about the hotel itself.

spa tub was exceptional the room was huge staff were gracious and courteous with out being

huge room and quiet great spa bath and bathroom. lovely bed. great space.

room service stops at 8:30pm which was a bit annoying after getting back late at night.

i don't have any interest in my kids sitting in a hotel lobby playing video games

was a terrible vibration in our kids bedroom

clean and easily accommodated our entire family of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids)

consider the close knit area, it would be hard to accommodate it but some sort of tie up with a gym club would

they wanted us to stay in the room anyway and took us complaining that with kids we needed a room with wifi

only small gripe is that the hotel did not have a restaurant or bar on the premises, you had to go out if

spa and wellness facilities are advertised but do not exist

the spa soaking tub was worth every penny

m very upset that your website stated in room spa services

were all lovely bar one lady who seemed a little abrupt when we were checking out, and was going to charge us

all the staff were so kind and professional! if you have a pet this is were you should be.

lack of amenities no pool or spa but may be due to the location

only complaint was the noisy neighbors with hyper kids running around next door.

at 12 & 13, our kids are too old to sleep in the same beds with other family members, and too young to be in

gym has lots of equipment, was tidy and clean

laundry machine for self-laundry was a joke

pool and spa were nice

room service was great, i called for fresh towels and they delivered fresh ones and even gave me

nice heated pool in the backyard / good and cheap laundry

we like the little hotel courtyard, and my kids enjoyed playing in the evening with the corn hole game offered

the only available wifi connection was very unstable.

they have an amazing view of the city- so a drink in their magnificent, royal bar is a must

the continental breakfast was good for a quick bite and the coffee was hot and ready early

there was no spa and wellness center as advertised.
