advertised association with a spa but the receptionist just tossed us the name of a spa and would not speak to

a gym or even modest spa facility would make this place a 10

the gym and the spa are a joke

the rooms are grand we were mum and two kids in room 405 with separate sitting room and jacuzzi bath

wifi was not strong enough to be useful from the room

in our one night stay - the only disappointment was that we overslept and so missed our booked in spa appointment

valet parking was a treat, and the bar in the hotel is small and cosy

a very nice hotel, good location for the city. easy parking and secure parking.

there were ample free parking places and also secure underground for an extra charge

kids have places to run around and a pool is open in summer

about this hotel is fantastic, it is located just a short walk from the city and the free parking is a nice

lovely to have e a spa bath and the towels were super soft and large

spa was closed for renovation.

spa closed at 7:30pm and didn't open until 11am which meant we missed out

we could not have four to a room i specifically requested our kids (11 and 9) have a room next door to us

hotel with historic backgrounds and very well kept, peaceful and set in the country side, parking easy, room

fence around the pool is a little too restrictive.

minor observation but the pool loungers were a bit run down.
