kitchen very well equipped

although private and personal, there is a communal kitchen, dinner and lounge area

breakfast was suspended due to covid & the kitchen was closed off.

house was relaxing and it was nice to be able to use the kitchen and back yard

was a fully stocked kitchen and various tea options and a hot tea kettle which made it easy for me to drink tea

so no need to worry about parking inside the zion np

our room was spotless, the grounds, pool/hot tub, everything was in perfect condition

it fit our needs perfectly. it was right by the shuttle so very convenient.

the room also didn't have enough hot water to fill the spa tub, so that didn't work either

views, along with a great surrounding area for relaxing and bbqs, firepit and star gszing, even a spa up into

the spa is small but scenic. breakfast at oscar s was a treat.

we loved the hot tub and enjoyed having breakfast before heading into the park

i liked that we could use the facility for parking the day of checkout.

the pool was nice and refreshing on a hot day

the stools in the kitchen area were uncomfortable to sit on for more than a quick meal, some pads would help

cannot cook (maybe that's a safety measure) and there is no kitchen equipment (not even cups nor glasses)

wished the pool stayed open later

location, super friendly staff, nice restaurant and spa at the hotel massages were sensational

there is a spa on premises but i did not use it

the spa was also fantastic and well worth it

facilities where spa like. beautiful location. people were great. gourmet restaurant. perfect!!!

the spa next door was very accommodating and a wonderful place to visit for a massage and relaxation

property with its own hike and labyrinth, the spa products in the room, nice room, and great location

while the room could have been a bit more spacious, this was more than made up for by the stunning views, which

restaurant was delicious, the location is beautiful, staff were very friendly, and the 5 petals spa was wonderful

the grounds are beautiful the spa is fantastic

i had a facial and massage at the five petals spa and they were fabulous

columbia gorge is newer, zion is closer to the park, outdoor spa/plunge, restaurants

the fireplace made the room cozy and i like that firewood was provided too

car parking at the street level the cars i thought were to close to the traffic and the kitchen was out

the heating system wasn't always responsive/ a little difficult to figure out at times - kitchen could be better

size, nice big kitchen and comfortable living room and bathroom with a big tub as well as shower

staff was very friendly, you got a lot for your money, a full kitchen, a fridge, a bathroom area with a mirror

friendly staff welcomes you, a warm spa helps relaxing sore muscles and the great breakfast is a perfect start

bummed the spa was closed for season

didnt like that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance

spa was cold and the breakfast area needed a little more attention on a sunday morning at 9:30

the spa was actually open when we were at the hotel

wifi signal was extremely weak in my room (-82db), practically unusable

nice, clean room. very quiet hotel, good parking.

my first impression of the property when we were parking our car was how run down the little miniature golf

laundry room odor was horrid and probably against code

golf should just be included, come on

we did the golf and the kids enjoyed that

staff was rude, and wasn t very clean, we had to clean the spa bath myself when we got here

the spa jetted tub was perfect! and the pillows were soft and comfortable!

the spa bath was awesome, once i cleaned it of course..

location too close to highway, so noisy when outside/at pool

very good place to stay, great breakfast, clean rooms and pool. would stay again.
