restaurant/pool bar/ market working hours, no gym

cure spa was perfect even though independent but on property

no pool, gym or spa but they are building them currently

surprising that this hotel doesn't have a pool

the coffee shop and cocktail bar were the best outlets they had, staff were really great at both

must buy breakfast with your room

wished that the spa had been open would have loved to go

pool needs to clean better

they drove around on golf harts

also would have been great if there would have been another restaurant besides snorkels bar & grill

our room overlooked the pool and was close to the beach area

spa charged excessive n 25% tips on top

no room service, no pool service , hard to get around with all construction going on

pool temperature got way too hot

condo/suite we stayed in was amazing: large, well-appointed, full kitchen, comfortable furniture and bed,

seemed to have an infestation of ants -- we saw a fair number crawling around in the bathroom and kitchen

the pool was clean and the surroundings

views from the room were beautiful and the view from the open air bar was amazing

internet is not stable, laundry doesn t work

pool area was beautiful and relaxing

do wish the room was bigger also the pool continuously had sand because of the beach

amenities, villa size and very comfortable beds, beach and pool as well as the restaurant, amazing view from

only a beach bar open due to the hurrican last year

this makes me think that the kitchen is prepping things without caution and could really do damage to someone

that we didnt get anything covered, the restaurants & drinks were very pricey & being that the spa was not open

the only other issue we had was with the staff from the spa

cost way to much spa is over priced bad will not do that again just everything in general way

it has a big clean gym and water sports you can do

should have a coffee bar in the lobby and having to go to the store and wait in line for a half hour to get a

the night before our last day, the restaurant and bar had to completely shut down for deep cleaning

the pool water temp was hot, which is unusual

only dislike is that the kitchen don t be open all the time an pass 9pm

our room was huge with everything we need, including 2 balconies with sea views, a kitchen, large bathroom,

they texted to make sure we were ok and the breakfast was nice

the casino, spa and gift shop is not open and the free shuttle they promise is non existent

there was no gym, spa, amenities

the wifi is good

to top it all off, we were awakened each morning by crowing roosters, that hung out in the parking lot across

wifi was weak, the room lights did not accommodate for good working light
