$50 dollar pet fee... i would have chozen a different location had i known

obviously the pool and spa could use a facelift, but we didn t use them so it didn t really matter

was uncomfortable, couldn't use spa or pool

really nice staff - hotel well set up for groups - kids loved the make your own pancakes - lovely gym

parking lot is full and hard to find space late at night

spa jets did not work which was quite disappointing, also it listed a putting green and fitness

new appliances in the kitchen

wifi was slow but everything else was perfect

stayed there for 3 days and not once did we get any room service each day we had to take out the trash and ask

as we would expect for the italian style we enjoy while there, and have huge bathrooms with large spa tubs

photos running on screens throughout the casino floors, the rooms were like being a queen and the spa was

room was extra big i had the spa jacuzzi in the room it was wonderful so far i haven't had any food yet or

stayed in the player spa suite and loved it

we has a spa room with a king size bed. the room was clean and spacious. we loved our stay.

it's a timeshare hotel so it has kitchen with plates and everything you need if you want to cook

gym had all the equipment you could need, always clean, neat and fully operational

everything was great. had a great time. room was very nice. no problem finding great parking.
