didn t realize i booked a smoking room but i aired the room out

the little kitchen unit was very handy

the wifi worked perfectly

was there for 4 nights and the after my second night there was broken glass in the parking lot(i think car window

kids hockey team or two were staying here and they were running in the halls until almost 11 pm

kids enjoyed the pool the little court tard was lovely the accomadations were comfortable felt

exceptional stay and free laundry!

pool was awesome, but it took us a while to find it due to lack of signage

we had no wifi or television in our room, they sent someone up to try to fix it and was unsuccessful

not impressed with the spa, it is lovely and the staff are friendly but the massage services were sub-par (felt

from food to lounge to a spa treatment

booked spa services only to be late because the service we requested was off site

we took advantage of some of the services offered in the attached damara spa which were also excellent

beautiful building always enjoy staying here. love the spa and the delightful breakfast!

i asked about the spa at reception and she basically told me to figure it out myself

don't use the spa services, pedicure was terrible for the money paid!

waited in the lounge for service and no one waited on us, no sign anywhere to go to the bar for drinks so we

only complaint is noise from kids running and yelling.

really comfy beds nice room the pool is awesome, water slide was good and hot tub was deep and

spa tub had plenty of hot water for filling unlike many other similarly equiped hotels.

comfy beds, the spa bath was a nice way to relax after a long day of driving

the spa tub was what more i expected , clean and spacious room.

no real complaints, only the kids got a bit of a rash from the pool water.

pool attendant didn't care, not enforcing the pool rules, i had to discipline the kids and not just mine because

fridge froze food, could not see a setting. hot tub/spa was cold, same temp as pool.

didn t let us know the spa was down for maintenance

were travelling with our dog so we loved that it was pet friendly and the indoor water slide was a hit with the

payed a not cheap price for a spa bath and it wasn t cleaned in sometime i was blasted with and covered in a

the area seemed safe, tim hortons is handy - just walk across the parking lot

was nice, lots of people enjoying the pool, hotel was clean and very modern, parking lot was clean, staff were

rooms are awesome, very roomy, breakfast was perfect with lots of variety, the pool was warm which is great for

not sure if location of our spa bath suite was too close to pool so constant running feet, screaming and doors

location right at highway, clean big room, good pool /spa area

what we needed very clean was above and beyond what we expected even had robes in it and the spa bath was amazing
