the spa was located at the rv park across a gravely patch and a dirt alley

small parking lot.

lights from the street easily get by the blinds and there are no real curtains, gym is only open from 9-9 and

can hear noise from upper floor, parking lot small

having a mini-kitchenette was also very nice

staff was very friendly and helpful, gym is a bit anemic but functional and even has a bathroom

on site laundry would be nice and a microwave in the fireplace room would be nice

wifi doesn't seem to be up to date

breakfast on the beautiful patio was the perfect way to start our day

there is a resort fee on top of the room fee ro cover the wifi, pool, sauna, cold plunge, and gym

major complaint is that parking is in the rear of the building--not ideal for a motel--so there is no way to

the spa and the salt swimming pool - fabulous!

everything is close whether you re going from the room to the pool or spa or restaurant

comfortable rooms, large nice kitchen facilities, right in the middle of taos so you can walk to most everything

there was no functional tv and the wifi was difficult and intermittent to access

dirty, bugs everywhere, no wifi, no cell service, door latch was a huge gamble

breakfast and really nice spa robes that you can wear to and from the hot tub

bathroom and spa bath was incredible

only suggestion is to get the spa fixed and trim the greenery a bit so mountains are more visible

a retreat for sure - spa was amazing and everyone was so friendly

only suggestion would have a rock path from the parking side to the other side of the rv park

easy to get to, valet parking in a covered garage on site (nice for when we needed to access something from

little touches, foremost among those the helpful “ski valets” who offer help booting up the kids in the

rooms are huge & beautifully decorated, the bathroom was also huge & well lit, the gym was about the best hotel

should open at 7 am instead of 7:30 am, particularly for those of us with kids needing to get to ski school by

when we went to the spa it would have been nice to have the fireplace on

everything, the spa was perfect, under the sky with fireplace

only thing that was slightly disappointing was we were too off-season for spa services/massages

only negative i have is that there is construction going on and had the parking lot in disarray, and had to park

the fireplace and balcony were wonderful. the proximity to everything was great.
