uno's pizza going in at the speakeasy spa next door

the pool room was cold and the pool was cold and the spa wasn't working

enjoyed the pool and sauna

we also enjoyed the bar at the hotel

main rooms are definitely a little dated, and the wifi was pretty slow

pool and hot tub/spa were broken

smelled musty, of water, probably from the previous guest using the spa - probably got the carpet too wet

the pool and spa were closed during most of our stay because of a chemical issue

as advertised. good breakfast. spa in room was clean.

was tight pulling in the parking lot off highway

much of a spa anymore, property was a dated and some

beautiful scenery and the spa room was epic

we stayed in the room with the spa tub, and that was luxurious and fun

parking could have been a little spaced out better

parking was free at the national park

- spa tub is something i always look for due to husband's health needs

staff was friendly, rooms were nice, spa and pool area fun and clean.

pool/spa room was not ventilated well and the chlorine was so strong that it was burning everyone s

close to longhorn steakhouse for dinner. breakfast was excellent

front desk did not put the wifi info on my keycard holder nor did they ever answer the phone when i was calling

i was in the last room by the stairs and the laundry so i heard a lot of door slamming.

the spa was not hot

room was nasty there was bed bugs the spa was not even warm the halls smelled like pot all day and

talked me into a jacuzzi room because there spa was was not functioning

only one bedside outlets and it didn t function properly, wifi wasn t secure and didn t have a passcode

are comfortable, there is a liquor store right across the street and a denny s in the same parking lot, it

no outside shady areas, just a parking lot.

what i wasn't ok about is the activities that was going on outside in parking lot

guests and rooms close to parking intensify this

people were just hanging outside the front door/parking lot when we checked in

the parking lot was hard to get into from the busy intersection.

we were upgraded to a spa tub room. what a nice surprise!

spa suite jets was horrible

and spa were filthy

the pool and spa need some work.

the spa was under renovation so the hotel employee upgraded me to a room with a hot tub at no extra

pool was open late and late check out was an easy option with no fuss

parking lot, it was a bit tight, but it was very secure and clean.

the hotel is exquisite, the fireplace with chairs as you enter the hotel is so pretty

sure why (maybe its because the pool is so close to the rooms), my room felt very humid/damp

arrival i booked a king room with spa tub only to find out i was out in a twin queen room

the whole point of our stay was the king suite with spa tub and the pool

spa tub not all jets worked and had to fix the drain stopper, seems to be a common theme across

the spa tub was way too hot to be therapeutic and the steel steps going down into were too hot to even

bagel breakfast did not appeal to both of us

i would have liked the spa to be open in the morning before check out time.

the pictures are purely false advertisement, the pool was disgusting and no bigger than a spa bath tub

pool was closed, spa was closed, desk staff was slow to attend & initially rude.

conveniently located. great value. clean facilities. friendly staff. free parking.

plenty of good parking and hot tub was nice
