spa like bathrooms

the staff first class really helpful polite and made a big effort the swimming pool the gym the spa was great

the spa which has nothing really much to do with the hotel

the spa and pool facilities were really good

a massage at the spa with brian is an absolute must

there were no spa services available, and i got a hint of classism and racism at the hotel

awesome boutique hotel. wifi was excellent

the room was average, but the staff from the (front desk to the parking lot security) provided a great experience

teenagers and child enjoyed the pool area

pool was not really that clean - but we did have a few downpours that caused stuff to run into the

no spa or jacuzzi, the pool water was always very cold

is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and well located for the carnival, an excellent pool

good food choices excellent breakfast with a views of the savannah and port of spain convenient parking

the breakfast should be local quantities.

loved the kapok , very comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and we enjoyed the pool

breakfast was amazing spa as well

spa should open earlier, no wake up calls.

would have liked to use the birthday special i was given at the spa but i had to pay tt$700 in services first

i'd have a better time if i'd known about the pool and spa from the start

a few times the wifi cut out and he came up to see if i was ok

channels were grainy, there were holes in the walls, the fact that it only had breakfast and no room service so

the location,breakfast and the customer service

would have loved more local breakfast
