spa tube was just lovely

had the king room with spa tub

king spa suite was majestic

nothing well would have been nice to have had a hot tub and heated pool

these ladies were very accommodating and providing us with an early check in

the pool and spa area was very pretty

the breakfast was fantastic, although i pulled a very long hair out of my eggs, the pool & spa were wonderful

spa and pool could have been cleaner, the spa seem to have murky water that didn't look clean.

the spa wasn't very hot and it looked like it needed to be resurfaced

the front desk lady had to leave to shuttle people over to airport leaving no one at front desk.

spa was cold and gym was out of order.

parked under the large tree in the parking lot and my car was splattered with bird poop

every time we stay we are satisfied. very clean, staff is nice, great location, pet friendly.

there was a range of rooms, one with a kitchenette we used to get some food ready for thanksgiving

second room was a lil expensive but i did get it at short notice and breakfast was minimal but at least it was

no breakfast as offered,spa taped off,no pool access but pay stayed the same

the spa or hot tub was not hot, or barely even warm.

the wifi didn't work because of the storm i was able to use my hotspot the breakfast could be

we so enjoyed your beautiful hotel though full of character, clean and comfortable and the pool area was a

had an issue with the wifi upon arrival and it took an hour to connect finally after the router had to be reset

the pool area is amazing and has cabanas and a great bar where you can also eat food from the restaurant

wifi did not work in any of the hotel areas and not in our room we had to finally just turn it off

experience from early check in to late check out

we arrived there was no one at the front desk for like 20 minutes, no wifi info in the room, no robe, shower

had no issues with the tv/wifi, and staff were pleasant to work with

the suit lacked the appropriate supplies for the kitchen(silverware, dishsoap, rags, etc)

wifi was a bit flakey at times.

visiting the spa my wife experienced fellow patrons not heeding spa etiquette and creating considerable noise
