kids loved the outdoor pool

tv didn't work, wifi was not the best, there was dogs in the pool

staff were excellent with helping fix wifi when it wasn't working

were uncomfortable, no cell service and wifi was too weak to connect to anything; it had dish but service kept

wifi sucked completely.

staff checked us in and the rooms were nice and clean and very friendly staff fed us a nice breakfast and checked

table & chairs, a little kitchen area, really nice jacuzzi and fireplace, nice bathroom and very comfortable

the king bed was actually king size, and the spa tub sparkling clean and ran perfectly

there was construction on the back wing where my room was the spa tub in my room did not work

hotel was going through some renovation so the pool and gym weren't available during our stay

felt like the parking lot was not secure

in room was unlocked upon arrival/check in and the side door/entrance near the breakfast area was unlocked/open

chose this hotel because we thought it would help get the kids excited about mt

hotel was advertised to have laundry, it didn t

so we had thought that the place had a pool and the kids were disappointed

us and we had to stand and wait more than 5 minutes to get seated when a man came out from kitchen to tell us

though it was pet 'friendly' i couldn't leave the dogs in my room in their kennel and there was no place to walk

lastly the rooftop bar and location of the hotel were amazing

hotel is beautiful, super clean, & the bar was awesome
