staff were courteous and helpful always and there is a spa in the bottom floor

the spa and restaurant were great

clean, great atmosphere, must go dining, nice spa and spa store

went with my friend kathy for a girls getaway and the best west plus and spa was amazing

didn t use or see spa or pool level

the wifi was janky if trying to watch something on a computer- worked fine on phones though!

of snow should have done to clearly see where the curb was touching the parking lot

liked to have had a few chairs around the pool after my swim for my wife and i to read and relax

they turned off the wifi at night so you had to sign in again in morning or anytime you left the room
