everything was clean, the beds were comfy, the pool and spa were open late, and the little garden in the atrium

i also liked exercise equipment and pool and whirlpool

for something to complain about and the only thing that comes to mind is that my coffee cup from breakfast leaked

there was no wifi hookup that we were aware of and no one available to ask

view was amazing, and we both fit in the spa tub for movie watching, and the towels were very soft

the indoor pool and spa were a plus too

the bar, hot tub, and fitness spa was not available yet.

parking is plentiful and the staff very helpful

no bar if i had to choose but there plenty on james street

they have a tiki bar on friday and saturday nights from 9 to 2am

gym/ fitness area closed too early.

the heated pool and spa was big and nice with plenty lounge chairs on the deck

nice location with easy walk to downtown. the pool and spa was nice.

the property & room very clean & nice. love the pool, spa & gazebo!

spa tub did not operate correctly

some parents don't control the children especially in the pool and aren't with them in the spa

the king room with spa bath in it the spa bath did not work and that was the whole point in us getting the room

lastly, the spa jetted tub was much smaller than comparable hotels that we have stayed at

the bed was comfortable. the day spa was relaxing. great water pressure. free breakfast
