spa doesn't work, buttons for elevator are busted or missing

the spa was not warm, and the bubbles didn't really stay on

rooms were great and kids loved the pool and hottub everything was great thank you

the facilities were top-notch, with a well- maintained pool and ample parking available

was traveling alone with my two kids, and needed a crib which they brought upstairs and set up for me

kitchenette that we asked for had nothing useful, except the refrigerator

dog run was a grueling walk across the parking lot in 100+ degree weather.

rooms are recently remodeled and very clean. grounds clean. pool and area clean.

there is a gym, pool, and hot tub available, and the hot tub has disability access, which i thought was

the room was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful

pool and spa was closed without notice nor was it mentioned when we called in advance to ask about features

pool and spa were over crowded with children and teenagers who were way too noisy and took over as if it was

pool and spa was closed despite calling in advance to inquiry about it.

i used the gym and sauna

pet friendly, very nice and clean property/room and friendly staff

i met many new people in the bar and had great conversations

omelette bar was very good. great staff

free parking next door

the bar is great, you can even take a cocktail back to your room

the restaurant and bar hours could be expanded.

and friendly loved the spa and pool

the only thing was the spa temp was alittle cool. but, all in all my stay was great!

few homeless people but didn't bother anyone, freeway right next to the pool n spa but a fence blocked the view

the pool/spa area was nice; of course, because of covid-19, it was closed

the pet friendly room was right next to the employee laundry and was loud during the day

i booked online for a king bed and a spa tub

easy check in and access to uhaul truck parking

pool, broken tv, writing on the door, broken outlets broken phone, people us in drugs in parking lot, wifi unable

he did entire process with light from computer screen & parking lot

wifi got flakey late at night
