friendly staff, clean room, breakfast was great!

had to move off third floor to second floor due to pet dog.

the carpets and bedspread actually felt moist

the pool and spa area were a bit with everyone

also convenient to acadia national park and bar harbor

a courtesy shuttle would have been most helpful

the last time my window faced several cars in the parking lot

the kitchen staff was by far the best in al my traveling times

i found the spa tub kind of confusing

even though they were closed in the pool area due to renovations they offered for us to swim at their sister

i liked the helpful staff and my kids enjoyed the pool area.

having pets and a lot of people, it was quiet while we were in the room

was deceiving it showed a hot tub but there wasn't, kids yelling and running up and down the hall near the pool

were a lot of rowdy kids in the pool that were being awful and using all the pool towels and after i had spoken

didn t try the pool, we were mostly looking forward to the spa area (hot tub)
