excellent spa facilities as really cheap to use

the price of the spa for one our , i think that was spency.

easy check in using the covid restrictions fully understand why spa and restaurant not open but excellent places

this hotel shouldn't be confused with the spa facilities that the town is famous for.

think that wifi should have been included in the price of the room and would have liked a little more choice

bonus for us was zero charge to bring our pet dog, some hotels charge 20/25 a day for the privilege

away thinking there would be somewhere else in fortuna to stay,but after 3 hours of sitting in a bar next door

i was charged for the pet, though in my booking confirmation it was stated that it's free of charge

cathedral is just charming and the hotel is all you expect : modern, clean, excellent breakfast, gym, and plenty

the free offer of a spa happened to be a 40 min car drive out of town with small costs when you get there

value for the price, but there are lounge areas to wait in which is a really nice touch and the room service is

no bar in hotel and while there was a cafe/ bar adjacent it lacked atmosphere and comfort.

to use spa facilities, these were shut on the day we arrived website did not indicate this

the spa pools are amazing. the beds are so comfortable

first day we paid extra for access to different spa offers which was okey and not overcrowded

hot spa at 36 degree c relaxed atmosphere excellent menus in restaurants

excellent pool areas. good food at very reasonable prices. staff were great

the staff were lovely and although we didn't get chance to use the spa it looked very nice

maybe a few more sun loungers by the pool would be good, but even then we were allowed to rearrange the furniture

we had dinner and breakfast, both was absolutely delicious
