spa was much clearer

we took the shuttle to the airport and that was nice

i did not eat breakfast.

during breakfast both were occupied

close to airport. on demand shuttle. clean, well-appointed rooms.

location was very clean and it was 10 stars for us breakfast every morning they have a bar well stay

clean and bright lobby, very large rooms, excellent pools.

the kitchen was cleaned and staff pleasant.

the spa was amazing and the outside fire was awesome

even wifi cost extra unless you sign up for their hilton club

for example, hotel charges for wifi unless you sign up for the hilton rewards program

the bar tenders made amazing drinks, the breakfast cook and waiter were awesome and had great customer

we used the free shuttle to the airport and then used the milwaukee county transit system (use the green line

stayed here solely for the indoor pool for the kids

3miles) with 24 hour shuttle service

breakfast climbing their boiled,they served canadian bacon and called that turkey bacon lots of kids running

the parking was horrible

staff is not friendly and breakfast is horrible

the pool was fine, and real dinnerware was available in the breakfast area

had a pool but the fitness room was right above the pool so it was kinda damp in like a moldy air so i wouldn

boyfriend and i stayed in the king suite and loved the spa tub

the room was nice especially with the spa tub that allowed my wife to unwind and relax.

we went to the hotel for a 1 day vacation from our dogs & kids

rivali was great, provided room service as well

coffee maker in room, asked for hot water and a cup for tea and room service brought me a plug in hot water

i loved being able to bring our pet but i am not sure i agree with the $75-$100 fee for her to spend the night

the staff was very helpful and the complimentary happy hour and breakfast were a nice bonus

all of the supplies you might need to make a meal were supplied in the kitchen area

hotel shows there is a pool but upon arrival found out they do not

the other amenities this place had to offer ( cold breakfast instead of the buffet, no jacuzzi or pool access,

the modern room layout and spa like bathroom!

the bar was closed at 9:45. kind of a bummer.

(no cups, no glasses, no bags in trash cans, no ice bucket, no laundry bags, when i called front desk to ask

asked for housekeeping for towels, they never came dirty laundry in the halls we will never ever go back here

bar does not open till 430

spa and amenities in the lounge were above and beyond our expectations

we are hoping to book a longer stay next time so we can utilize some of the spa services

super the building of course spa great wish i had more $$$ for that pool of course wanted to go to blu reason

the room was very clean, the food was awesome and the spa was the best

the massage at the spa was out of this world

we had room service for a late lunch and breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel and both were excellent

the room service breakfast was delicious and arrived quickly

restaurant and room service are great. corner room is huge.

but the fenced off-street parking made me feel as though our car was safe and we entered through a side door

we each (two of us) had wonderful 90 minute massages at the spa which looks spiffy and welcoming and is attended

were staying at the hotel for a wedding with a group of friends- the fact that the hair salon/spa was in the

location and amenities, including spa and restaurant.

to some maintenance the swimming pool and spa were cold

price could have been better. very disappointed the whirlpool spa was closed

wish the bar opened earlier.

kitchen staff was very short with us when we asked to substitute out a side.

closed the pool early because of too many unsupervised children

it was clean and had a nice bar lounge area.

that the inside pool was closed all day

i loved that the staff was friendly and helpful at all times.my son loved the pool!

that it was $180 and the air in the pool area was colder than expected

no they was being very rude to my kids. made them uncomfortable as possible.

the bar was closed permanently and its in a bad neighborhood
