loved the in house spa services

pool spa

spa is not very clean

my credit card and spending an hour on the phone with staff i expected at least a discount at the spa or restaurant

had full access to health spa facilities even though we didn't use it

or use the fitness center or get a spa service, so we didn t have a full experience there

breakfast was versatile, heathy, unique & delicious

having on-site parking so close to the very heart of edgartown is very key

fitness room adequate but would be very helpful if there were some yoga mats available

breakfast was wonderful

use of a full kitchen, laundry, dining and living spaces

where the clean laundry was kept on a desk downstairs, there was dirty laundry near it and touching the clean

nice living room and communal kitchen

was no breakfast but you could bring food and use the kitchen

parking lot could be paved or a little bigger

got the king room with spa bath

great location and clean property. spa was nice when hot water was available.

pool and fitness area were closed under dr orders to exercise and i looked for these when

the breakfast was simple, but the kids enjoyed it and the dining area was very clean and organized

didn't stay for breakfast. the room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

this place would benefit a lot from a spa or indoor sauna or hot tub

well-equipment kitchen with almost every thing we need

pool open for stay, shops open for stay, beach club bar open for stay and original packet with keys

is a drive away from food, bar, pool, beach etc

the resort itself, the 2 pools, mini golf and volleyball were great

check out time was 10:00, it was tough getting the kids up and leave on time

the hot tub and pool are also gorgeous, spacious, and clean

kitchen was set up with the basics

could use a little more shade at the pool. otherwise perfect.

it didn t have a spa and has a very late check in time

the pool got dirty towards the end of the day. hair balls were floating.

staff was not helpful, there was dirty laundry piled in the stairwells

the staff were extremely friendly and it was a great place for kids

control loud adults kids late night early morning.
