website said spa tub so we figured it had a jacuzzi tub in the room but it did not

i had hunted online for days for a room with a spa tub

thought we were getting a room with a spa tub in it and nope they don t have any and never have so book

pool could have warmer

the hotel was teeming with unsupervised kids and the staff said there was nothing they could do about it

large and spacious room. in room spa suite was large and comfortable.

loved the size and amenities of the king spa suite

loved the size of the room and the bed was extremely comfortable. also the spa tub was amazing.

the15.00 pet fee for my 12lb 12 yr old dog.

charge an addition fee of $15 per pet that wasn't disclosed until check in

parking. tall toilet in the bathroom. convenient location for traveling.

what eggs? what sausage? breakfast was sparse

the pool didn't stay open longer and no smoking rooms had to keep going outside.

no laundry facilities on-site. no refrigerators or microwaves in rooms.

amazing gym (think planet fitness) which included raquetball courts and tennis courts/badminton, huge pool

the bar area and waitress was accommodating as well

i chose this hotel for a momcation i spent the night away from the kiddos and did a self spa night

free drinks, helpful staff and rooms w/ spa tub!

room was very clean, bed super comfortable, shower and spa bath in room

com site i thought i was booking a room with a spa tub only to find it was a traditional room, so i was a bit

trash in the parking lot. dirty rooms. , kids running around at 3 am. staff rude.

it was labor day weekend and the pool was full of kids screaming until 10:00 when the pool closed the problem

let us check in early and that gave us some extra time to do laundry

the room was small for 4 adults, but would be wonderful for a family that has small kids that would be more

the parking,but the room made up for that. all in all it was an awesome stay.

will be back again and again you will love this place like my wife and kids did

first spa room they tried to give us had soap scum build-up so bad in the

spa tub room tub didn't work searched for long time to get a spa tub for part of my sister's

breakfast was excellent and clean plenty to choose from

called to see if the outdoor pool was still open and they told us yes

my only compliant is the restaurant and bar were closed at 8:00pm on a friday night

pool was not the best, no free breakfast.

the gym equipment didn't work, people were urinating in the parking near the main entrance

cleanliness all over the hotel. hotel had 2 pools, outside pool was great!!

you can make this resort fast paced and full of fun or it can be tranquil spa experience or quaint stroll thru

the rooms are very spacious and the views were amazing

have stayed at the ameristar hotel and casino many of time, but this was the first to use there spa amenity

feel like the spa was overpriced compared to normal spa prices

the pool view rooms are amazing, the shuttle is a life saver, and the breakfast is delicious

they have an area with arcade like games and a pool, great entertainment for the kids

nice linens, housekeeping service was done automatically unlike some where you must ask for it, breakfast very
