indoor pool, spa and breakfast was fantastic.

of the pool and spa area started after we booked and we did not get a notification of the closure

should have had the pool and spa open 24 hours

we enjoyed the heated pool and the hottub was the best way end our

breakfast was good.

only thing i didn't like was the pool was already closed for the season and it hasn't cooled down this year

staff insinuated my male guest was smoking cigarettes on property

parking lot was a bit small and due to my daily schedule keeping out late i had to park farther

were really disappointed when we checked in around 6 that they didn't inform us that room service would end at

com instead of $191 plus a $75 fee for the dog so they took out another 84 for the pet fee a little confused

cocktail bar is a genius idea along with being kid friendly

i also thought that there would of been a hot tub/spa for this type of hotel

it advertised that it had a kitchen in the room but come to find out its just a counter with a sink, microwave

the room/lobby were very clean. they have nice indoor/outdoor pool.

spa was cloudy, so didn't use either-- and pool and spa were main reason we chose

could not sleep well in tennessee and your ad said their had a spa at best western and they did not

i left early before breakfast had officially started and they still accommodated me

i liked the spa tub in my room.
