to be non smoking room and it reeked of cigarettes even the towels and wash clothes smelled like it

of the pool and spa area started after we booked and we did not get a notification of the closure

due to time constraints, i opted to exercise and then shower at the facility next to the gym instead, but there

room was very spacious, kids loved the heated pool!

a family did have the spa / hot tub for more than 2 hours which made it difficult for other people to use and

i always got lost going to from place to place to get back to my room parking is 32 a night not to mention we

able to get to the grand ole opry and not fighting the traffic and parking

especially compared to the gaylord orpryland hotel, but it was nice enough and much easier on parking

our grand kids loved the pool

to give us a room that had a spa tub in the bathroom, not the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom that was actually

beds were comfy. and the spa tub was relaxing.

no laundry facilities for guest

the rooms were spacious. the laundry room & fitness area were easily accessible.

very nice place, peaceful and comfortable, except the wifi not very well.
