gym and spa were not available, most likely due to covid concerns

clean, comfortable, quiet and breakfast had a large variety of choices, clean and good food

clean, spacious, fresh smelling, kind and friendly staff, convenient free parking.

it was nice, clean & quiet. great staff comfortable room. spa tub was great to relax in.

the pool and spa was comforting

the caulking around the spa tub needed some tlc

had the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel, definitely not your average hotel breakfast

the room appeared clean and tidy, kitchen space was great, the openness of the main room was by far larger than

the spa tub worked well finally after the water got hot.

wanted a little getaway with a spa tub and down time

was immediately across from breakfast area of hotel and even tho there was no coffee pot in the room, it was

absolutely none of the parking lot had been cleared

) the gym was destroyed, the breakfast was a joke, and the pool was out of service

spa tub wasn't working in our room

the spa tub doesn't work which was fine with me and when i let the staff know they said they knew that

the spa tub didn't work in the room and that i had to find ice machine on a different floor

the spa tub was dirty.

drain for the spa tub leaked so the water drained out and had to keep filling it up

we no hand rail in to the spa tube. sad but a great stay!

was clean, great food, lots of parking, a pool and spa open late, and a wonderful breakfast

whirlpool spa was very nice, but be warned, it took 57 minutes to fill to the desired level we wanted, and

spa in the room was exceptional!

the value, i don t know of any relaxing spa type whirlpool hotel rooms in the area

i love the tea tree shampoo, large parking lot, soft bed and sheets, and i completely forgot there were screaming

i had to report a sheer drape rod that was unhinged. the indoor pool is very small.

booked a suite with a spa tub

i paid extra for a spa tub and the tub was completely covered in black filth which the maids had to come in

and no spa like advertised

i used the gym, and didn't feel safe

the pool and spa were wonderful

to the pool area and there were about 10 kids 4-8 years old and out of control and screaming bloody murder at

the full kitchen with cook top, large refridgerator, dinnerware, pots and pans, toaster and sink

stayed here about 8 different times over the last 6 months and it’s always amazing and the kids love it

pool was closed and i didnt know until check in, but was able to use their sister propertys

they have an amazing fitness spa and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

i was given access to spa since my room was ready, this allowed me the clean up

spa was amazing

we ordered food from room service and it took an hour and a half to get to us

room service ends at 11 which is about the same time the concert ends and they don t have a

tacked on charges at checkout that i didn t catch. lousy wifi.

cheaper than airport parking

breakfast was good but should have more covid protocols as far as masks being worn, switching of

omelet bar - but biggest disappointment and false advertising - they used to have a hot tub and spa - have filled

love the popcorn and movie for the kids

not enough pool towels even after 1 hr of telling staff

breakfast could have been better and has been in the past.

the rooms were were nice as they were divided so my kids could stay up later while i went to bed
