much shade in parking lot

parking limited night staff unavailable location of laundry

owners are great even let me use there laundry room wish all hotels were like this one.

very clean,friendly outgoing staff, conveniently located close to stores park and casino

room that i wanted was not able for pet to come in, so i had to pay another extra 10 bucks to change into another

they should keep pool & spa clean at all times. i booked summertime & spa was covered.

breakfast was very good

gardens surround the rooms and salt pool and hot tub

breakfast was out of this world

swimming pool was cold; only half and half instead of milk for breakfast

it was close to my burnt house & pet friendly

pet fee was $20, no hassle about breed or demeanor

room was a good size, it was clean and had ample parking

a little noisy in parking lot at times but overall it was quiet

i liked that the parking lot had power available for charging my boat as well as parking.

the front desk person did not give us the wifi password either

wifi wasn't working

online because it was pet friendly but wasn't informed about the $30 non-refundable pet fee until we checked in

in they couldn t find my reservation and i wrote in the comment section that i was bringing a pet but they

plenty of parking

we were also impressed with amenities and the pool and spa area

chairs on the porch, the room was warmed when we checked in and we were allowed a very early check in to drop

the view was amazing and the kitchen was a plus especially traveling with in a group

the pool was small but very clean

it s right on the lake. the cabins are beautiful and there s plenty of parking.

to top it all off 1000$ dollars or more of tools got stolen out off my truck from the parking lot outside the

no room service. furniture rather old. loud air conditioning no hand lotion

parking was an issue and the curtain in our room did not cover the window very well

beautiful architecture!! and the bar was lots of fun with the fabulous bartender!
