spa is excellent

main pool.was empty of water, and was being worked on. but the salt water spa pool was fzntastic

spa was closed while everything else was open and that is the whole reason we booked this

rooms are nice and clean, the location is convenient, the spa is perfect to relax and recover

room service breakfast fantastic spa - use of steam, sauna, jacuzzi, salt water pool all complimentary

spa could be slightly bigger, needs more of a wow factor.

spa is great. massage service is incredibly great! all the facilities and stuff - perfect.

spa opens at 10 which is too late. no access to steam room until 10.

outside bar - not enough comfortable seating and happy hour ended too early

loved the heated pool and the outdoor fireplace

bathtub is a sunken tub not a spa or jacuzzi tub

the door would not lock shut. the spa tub did not work. parking.

spa was way to hot - had to be over 106 degrees at least.

room extremley noisy over the kids pool and a funeral going on in front of the room

2 bedroom apartment attractive decoration--comfortable beds very clean great facilities (pool, gym, tennis)

the biggest surprise was that the pool and spa were closed

if there is a spa in the hotel it would be great.

temperture control, wifi connection and unfriendly staff were enough to make me decide never to come here again

the airport shuttle was not available when we needed it

gym was too small and i expected them to have a decent sauna/steam room but they had a tiny sauna

the indoor pool was very cold and a bummer because we came just to take the kids swimming.

breakfast area was over crowded and food ran out quickly. we ended up eating elsewhere.
