pool could have been a little fresher

i like the spitting lion at the pool

we loved the lobby cats, the pool was very well maintained

staff were lovely, the location is amazing and we loved the pool & the hotel cats

the history, period details, ambiance, location, charming pool, and house kitties

hotel did not have a spa and in hotel barber was impossible to contact

the pool was packed with kids in diapers

my only suggestion is if there was a place for laundry on site.

the poor area was clean and tidy, with a nice heated pool

the bar staff was not friendly, helpful or quick to service.

like that it has a bar, restaurant, spa and pool all in one place

the bar is amazing and i enjoyed the spa and the pool even in january

amazing spa service, beautiful hotel, bed was comfortable.

the bar was oh so busy but kudos to the bartenders for keeping everyone in check

everything, and it s got the best hotel pool in nola

and my 28 year old daughter and i loved being able to have a spa day at the ritz-carlton without having to go

it was clean had a spa fitness center

room service was very very efficient and friendly

big rooms, ample drawer space, nice gym. very clean.

the breakfast bar had only sweet kid cereals & service was slow.

location was perfect.....staff was nice. gym was nice.

there was no laundry service

the wifi connection for my sons playstation 4 would not allow him to connect. that was a bummer

there were kids swimming in the pool, so i m probably just spoiled with heated pools

great facilities- swimming pool, gym and business center

the spa wasn t opened understandable because of covid

the spa is a joke

the bar was awesome and the spa was amazing

no pool, courtyard, spa treatment - all of those things not available

and the spa was amazing

my kids, their spouses and my grands had a ball

asked for an early check in and check out because my flight didn t leave until later

the worst gym and no breakfast

from the front desk to the room service staff and housekeeping

room service/restaurant menu was very limited.

the pool was crystal clear blue and always clean

annissue really as i didn t use it, but i expected a somewhat larger and higher rooftop pool area

never had breakfast but room service was amazing

order to use wifi free of charge, you're forced to sign up for marriott's bonvoy program

the entire experience was excellent from friendly staff, to rooms, to the bar and the brazilian restaurant

i found everything satisfactory. spa is a bit overpriced.

food was really good at both the restaurants and spa was amazing!!

they did allow us to get ready in the spa and hold our bags and gave us free drinks

they booked us haunted pub crawl that we enjoyed and a wonderful spa day

spa was closed and so was the restaurant. probably off season.

was not very comfortable & we didn t know the restaurant & bar was going to be closed for renovation until we

hotel guests and room service were incredibly loud and disturbing

bar listed in amenities is used for special events only, rates listed on booking

site, no ice (they would call the hotel down the street and have it deliver 45 minutes later), no bar (like

a bar downstairs and access to the pool table would have been great

noisy, the bar downstairs had a burlesque show going on till midnight and you could hear everything

nice, very small (18 rooms), and lobby next to a very noisy bar
