website said spa tub so we figured it had a jacuzzi tub in the room but it did not

i had hunted online for days for a room with a spa tub

thought we were getting a room with a spa tub in it and nope they don t have any and never have so book

pool could have warmer

the hotel was teeming with unsupervised kids and the staff said there was nothing they could do about it

location was not pet friendly, it lacked a place outdoors (grass) area to take pets, which we required

the indoor pool was cold. the breakfast was not good.

they didn't serve any type of breakfast, so i can't speak on that

charge an addition fee of $15 per pet that wasn't disclosed until check in

the free shuttle service was perfect timing throughout the entire day, which saved us $25 in parking

buffet is delicious (and decently priced), the rooms are very comfortable, and there's a shuttle that operates

warmer indoor pool. it was kinda cold.
