clean, specious, friendly staff, free parking, free wifi, bets are not allowed, free tea and coffee counter at

location, clean hotel throughout, beautiful pool/spa and patio, nice workout room, cute little bar, relaxing

didn't like that there was no information about the spa being closed when i booked the room

from highway, price was on point, lovely pool, and pets were welcome which is a must for us

the front desk was wonderful, they kept the pool open later without my even having to ask for my kids, he was

pretty much had a great time there we even had free breakfast but missed it everytime because the beds were so

i also like that it is pet friendly (although they charge $100 for pets which i didn t see when booking)

spa had massive amounts of chemicals on the bottom, causing rashes on feet

told there was a hot tub or spa there wasn't asked staff to just make the beds to give us fresh towels they did

pet fee was very high and front desk staff was difficult.

spa tub was smaller than anticipated.

got there and the room was freezing cold, smelled like cigarettes, around the spa tub there was black mold and

non functioning spa, broken keys, no room service, inconvenient smoking areas, hard to check out, lack of bus

location was odd, the spa tub was small and not what i expected and the shower got cold fast made squeaking

mgmt was helpful and tried to empathic to my poor wifi concern/comment and even offered to help find another

spa tub was fantastic. very quiet for the area! staff was excellent! room was clean.

were allowed to go in the spa for an hour, but the girl at the front desk of the spa was very rude and curt and

everything was good jacuzzi heated pool food

little confusing to figure out parking and getting the room key from reception in a separate building

i especially like the underground parking

not hotel's fault, the pool and spa area were closed for cleaning while we were there so wasn't able to use it

the pool had too much clorox my 5 year old twins eyes where really red and it was hurting them they

love the pool and how clean the hallways was..

were very friendly and accommodating, with extra towels for pool, provided utensils after ordering food in, and

the breakfast was wonderful & staff was very helpful and friendly!

the spa services were also excellent

was fabulous and the spa an added treat

leisurely pace for guests. never felt pressured. gardens, of course. spa facilities.

spa is close to rooms - was nice to spend time together and not have to worry about anything
