didn't like that there was no information about the spa being closed when i booked the room

location, clean hotel throughout, beautiful pool/spa and patio, nice workout room, cute little bar, relaxing

free cookies, pool&hot tub, ultra comfy beds

pool and hot tub was lovely. quiet hotel over all and late check out was so nice.

the kitchen was updated and fully equipped to make meals

the rooms were very clean and free breakfast was to go but they had a huge variety of items

the kids loved it as well

the spa tub was relaxing.

spa was unavailable, no coffee or tea after 5 pm and elevator broken

spa had massive amounts of chemicals on the bottom, causing rashes on feet

unfortunately due to covid the pool and spa are limited and the restaurant as well

are always clean, we ve stayed in the spa room twice now and it s been great everytime

it was a very well kept hotel. clean and accommodating . had indoor pool.

the pool was cold and kids couldn't swim, one of the main reasons we booked the hotel.

enough water coolers, only one and it was locked in the gym

not hotel's fault, the pool and spa area were closed for cleaning while we were there so wasn't able to use it

the breakfast was wonderful & staff was very helpful and friendly!

non functioning spa, broken keys, no room service, inconvenient smoking areas, hard to check out, lack of bus

location was odd, the spa tub was small and not what i expected and the shower got cold fast made squeaking

got there and the room was freezing cold, smelled like cigarettes, around the spa tub there was black mold and

spa tub was smaller than anticipated.

this place also includes a gym, laundry facilities and free breakfast

were allowed to go in the spa for an hour, but the girl at the front desk of the spa was very rude and curt and

everything was good jacuzzi heated pool food

the snacks and breakfast was great

this was one of the beautiful bed and breakfasts we have stayed in

breakfast was phenomenal but baked goods would havbe been fantastic

really isn't a bed and breakfast as breakfast was not served

to the restrictions of not being able to provide even a microwave in the kitchen area limits breakfast options

little confusing to figure out parking and getting the room key from reception in a separate building

i especially like the underground parking

the spa services were also excellent

was fabulous and the spa an added treat

leisurely pace for guests. never felt pressured. gardens, of course. spa facilities.

spa is close to rooms - was nice to spend time together and not have to worry about anything

spa hotel which gets everything just right
