no breakfast! need room service!

lounge, we did wonder why the hot water function had been removed from the coffee maker in the kitchen

asked for a king bed and got a queen with a kitchen that we didn't want or need and the cost was almost double

nice hotel, comfortable, nice gym, friendly staff

we asked for a late check out and he did it without hesitation

they honored my request for late check out and respond quicly for delivery of champagne glasses.

connected to a conference center and a a plaza with a gym and a movie theater

great lap pool and gym. beautiful lobby with bar. room with a view

spa facilities, restaurant, location to our event was fantastic. staff was very helpful.

great front desk staff (chris), gym/spa & housekeeping were excellent. 3 thumbs up.....

was such a great place when you drive up and it looks like a castle the kids were excited

but clean budget hotel with free parking and decent breakfast buffet

otherwise, it s hard to give more details because a bar and pool were closed

juccuzi spa bath in our room wasnt cleaned properly so when i turned the jets on it literally shot poop at

i also stay in the room with the spa tub and it was very dirty, then the jets were on brown stuff would come

also the parking lot floods in the back and they re just allowing it to pool and sit until it evaporates

plenty of parking.

is no free breakfast at this time and the wifi is weak, but if you have your own wifi like me, and are willing

would have liked a spa or pool.

there was no breakfast and dinner end to soon when traveling late

i love how elegant it looks and the gym was very big

and the shuttle to the airport was on time
