fact that my spa tub did not work room 320 and that i had to be moved the next day to 220 room for the spa tub

spa tub in room was amazing

i didn't like the pool was closed for maintenance.

sorry, but there was nothing she could do about it, but while i was checking in, i said that my kids were excited

i booked online and seen there was a pool and spa and on the website it didnt say the spa wasnt working that is

fridge and spa were broken.

not happy with the pet fee

it was the nastiest hotel i have ever been in and they charged a $25 pet fee each night.

jet spa was filthy, crud from the jets accumulated while we were in the tub, there was no couch in the

kids playing at the door my whole stay

the kids were running, pushing each other in the water, diving, doing cannon balls and generally rough

room was near the laundry room which was loud

not the hotels fault but kids running up and down the hallway till 2am

i got the room with the spa tub, and that was nice too

the spa tub was noisey.

was amazing 1st room was a king spa

we were allowed to borrow a chair from the pool to place in the shower which actually worked better for me

east wing is older and we stayed in a suite with spa tub

the hostess at the breakfast area was nice and pleasant and made sure i had everything i wanted.

day clerk was new and didn't know what laundry bags were and got a little smart with me when i asked for a couple

the spa tub or jacuzzi was dirty water was barely warm then took almost a hour to fill up tried to talk

water pressure in spa tub was terribly low.
