wifi has good strength

the wifi didn't work properly

there was a full kitchen, a refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, dishes pots, and a coffee maker

mini kitchen with microwave and single stove + small fridge in family suite

great bar on the ground floor of the building

the place was extra clean, spacious, the guys in the reception - fantastic, the bar downstairs - handy and

having to leave could ve had instructions to operate the spa bath

the wifi worked perfectly in the public areas but dropped out in our room

not that helpful, wifi terrible and restaurant closed due to it being run by a separate company

we forgot to request an early check in and asked upon arrival

to collect and return an iron and ironing board, which felt a bit low for a 4-star property (no pool either)

close to all. air-conditioning! beds very comfortable. facilities for pets very good.

room small for 3 beds and pet.

the wifi was so slow it was almost impossible to use even in the foyer

the suite they gave us was very spacious and the bathroom included its own jazuzzi/bath

breakfast, fabulous rooms, and a lovely spa/ treatment which worth a visit

there's an odour of chlorinated water in the dining area probably coming from the spa underneath, an issue that

excellence in everything and having spa and gym on site

came for the spa and there isn't any (although it looks like they have a spa in booking)

appearing on the first photo is not in the hotel but belongs to a spa separate to the hotel and whose access is

comfortable, with a ot of space for everything and everyone, bathroom is great, the electrical fireplace was

weak wifi

unfortunately we didn't know the spa was a pre booking requirement and cost additional fees

i wish i had time for the spa but after a day of exploring and dinner it closes at 10pm which i get

refurbished central yet quiet location great spa good breakfast lovely room helpful

perfect room beautifully decorated and comfortable. the spa is great and must be experienced.

like that the guest couldn't use pool unless they booked the spa was there 5 days and we couldn't use pool no

my wife used the spa which she said was amazing for a massage and facial, at far lower costs than in the states

the restaurant and other amenities,spa salon were closed for our entire stay.

the hotel was upscale on everything, the staffs were very friendly, the room was clean, the spa was at setting

spa is close on mondays and tuesdays

spa is not included in the price for the room.

we had a cute outside balcony and a spa bath in our room which was a nice surprise :d the staff are friendly

were super helpful and friendly, bed comffy, lots of pillows, spa bath great once we worked out how to use it

didn't use the spa facilities, which are expensive

beautiful spa bath was a luxury, but very slippery

room was huge and bathroom excellent with spa bath, shower and bidet all very clean

room had large bed ( 2 twins together ) spa bath and beat air con

50 it was worth it due to it s prime location, and the bike had a full car parking space

wifi was terrible and they said it must be the weather

a marriot hotel dont arrive sunday or monday there is no restaurant and the advertised 24 hour room service

disappointed in the hotel bar facility. closed at 11.00pm.

it location overlooking the city of toledo and plenty of car parking.

spa itself is intimate and cosy; the staff even closed late for us, so we had the spa for ourselves

have liked to have not paid 27 each for spa as was only for my boy to swim and the outdoor pool was

smelled of tobacco, residents smoked on their terraces, which came into our room, spa not open on a sunday, bar

property is really beautiful, with nice gardens and fountains, and also functional indoor spaces

the spa is great.
