the spa service was professional and clean

really liked the spa and they were super dog friendly

the spa services when going with kids in winter should have a reduced rate as it becomes ridiculously

didn't try the spa but looked nice

the spa bath didn't work but thats a minimal complaint, the bathroom was great with excellent hot water

the rooms are a good size and we had his and hers sinks and a spa bath

we had a lovely bathroom with spa bath , shower and separate toilet

location, with an exceptional view of toledo, very comfortable room, good wifi, very friendly and professional

comfortable parking is provided in front and many parking places are covered, ie protected from rain

it location overlooking the city of toledo and plenty of car parking.

the monday night the bar was closed

dinner was offered in the bar area; it was not busy, however luben, the chef, served incredible food

car parking very good and in addition to the hotel's facilities there is an excellent restaurant within

regretfully spa was closed, but overall experience at the hotel was still great.

was a little disappointed that it was not made clear that to use the jacuzzi in the spa area, you would have to

spa facilities are outstanding

my wife used the spa which she said was amazing for a massage and facial, at far lower costs than in the states

we had a cute outside balcony and a spa bath in our room which was a nice surprise :d the staff are friendly

hotel, excellent architecture and location, with a wonderful spa one of the best i ve ever experienced

wish the spa was open maybe one hour later!

unfortunately we didn't know the spa was a pre booking requirement and cost additional fees

50 it was worth it due to it s prime location, and the bike had a full car parking space

room was huge and bathroom excellent with spa bath, shower and bidet all very clean

room had large bed ( 2 twins together ) spa bath and beat air con

the bar was good and my wife loved the capuchino

came for the spa and there isn't any (although it looks like they have a spa in booking)

there's an odour of chlorinated water in the dining area probably coming from the spa underneath, an issue that

shame the spa cost extra.
